King Author Flour Cafe is a staple campus eatery at Dartmouth, however, it is plagued with long wait times and a inconsistent inventory of food. Line@KAF aims to solve this problem by developing a generalizable platform through which customers can check queue lengths online and on their phones, and businesses can gain insights on customer behaviors and management.
My team at DALI and I took this idea through the DALI method which guides us through discovery and problem definition, project proposals and feature spec, design, development, testing, revisions and delivery to partners. As part of the Design team, I developed User Personas, Wireframes, Mock-ups, and a Invision prototype for Line@KAF.
